Process

We screen and evaluate the candidates based on their job profile. Typically, here’s how it goes

Technical Interview

We will thoroughly assess your technical expertise to validate your candidacy for handling our diverse and niche projects. Your potential will be evaluated based on your problem-solving skills and ability to address real-world challenges

Real-Time Assignment

After passing the first round, the candidate will have to demonstrate the task LIVE that’s requested during the interview or will have to complete a few tasks earlier. Each step must meet our desired outcomes.

Final HR Discussion

We will see if the candidate would fit into our organization's culture and has the soft skills, behavioral fit, and emotional intelligence required for the role.

Offer Roll out

The offer letter will be released based on the approval or negotiation. The HR manager will address the remaining questions about the role and the expectations. The position will soon be closed after onboarding.
